Outlook Webmail

  1. Fill in the form with your details and click "create email signature". Your email signature will display.
  2. Copy the email signature by:
    1. Clicking into your web browser where you can see the email signature.
    2. Press CTRL + A (to select all of the email signature)
    3. Then press CTL + C (to copy the selected email signature)
  3. Login to Outlook Web App at http://outlook.com
  4. Click on 'Settings' in the top right corner
  5. Click on 'View all Outlook settings'
  6. Click on 'Compose and reply'
  7. Click into the text area and paste your email signature by pressing CTRL + V
  8. Click the tick box "Automatically include my signature on messages I send"
  9. Click "Save" in the bottom right
  10. Now when you send new emails your signature will appear at the bottom

Outlook 2010

  1. Fill in the form with your details and click "create email signature". Your email signature will display.
  2. Copy the email signature by:
    1. Clicking into your web browser where you can see the email signature.
    2. Press CTRL + A (to select all of the email signature)
    3. Then press CTL + C (to copy the selected email signature)
  3. In Outlook 2010 click File
  4. Click Mail
  5. Click "Signatures ..." button
  6. Click "New" button
  7. Enter a name for your signature eg. SES Email Signature
  8. Click OK
  9. Click into the editable text area under "Edit signature" and paste your email signature by pressing CTRL + V
  10. In the dropdown next to "New mesasges" select the name of your new signature
  11. Click OK
  12. Now when you create a new email your signature will be attached at the bottom
